Moms are getting complete charge of their kids 24/7 at home. Moms are now trying to help at home, so mother are working full time and making everything at home too. Moms are become super heroes, they have to find time for everything at home and for their kids. While dads are only going to work, it is when argues start to come to out at home. Now dads have to help at home too. When a team work start to join at home, a couple become a team work at home.
